So I am going to be installing a home audio system for this guy when the time comes. The house/condo is still being built but is to the point where they are about to start putting walls up. So we thought it is a good idea to go ahead and run all the wire. This is going to consist of one living room( where the tv and main part of the sound will be) one bedroom and a bathroom. I think the plan is to purchase a 7.1 system where there will be four speakers in the living room + sub, one speaker in the bed room, and two speakers in the bathroom. As for the bedroom and bathroom the guy is wanting those to all be in ceiling speakers and in the bathroom have one in ceiling speaker over the shower and another over the sink.

As far as running the wire, and doing the in ceiling type stuff I will not be doing. He is getting the guy who did all his electrical wire to do that. I am responsible for purchesing the system, hooking up all the speakers, and setting everything up.

So what I need is help choosing a system that will have decent sound and nice sq. This will used for music, watching football, and movies. The guy wants nice sq all around with some good low end.

Also what would be the best way to do the in ceiling speakers? So I can tell his guy how it needs to be done

Budget: Have not really got a set price out of him but I would probably say $800

$800 for a multimroom set up properly? Good luck with that. Is he ever going to use it to watch tV bc if he does you're doing it wrong.
