in a combination of possibly 5 - 20 or more concussions during his wrestling career where he didn't only compete in WWE "wrestling is entertainment", but competed in numerous Japanese and Canadian wrestling organizations, where wrestlers actually have to know how to wrestle and shit.

There was no doubt on Mr. Benoit's wrestling skills as he was trained by the Legandary Stu Hart (ya, the Owen and Bret Hart, Hart), in the Dungeon.

Pressure from employers to use steriods and perform soon after concussions For The Loss indeed, may Vince McMachon rot in hell for the numerous lives he ruined with his steriod rhoetic.

Edit: I still find it comical that a security guard who met him a couple times acts as if he was incapable of doing this act. You can usually get a good idea of someones character by meeting them a few times, but that will NOT tell you what's going on in there head.It could all be just an act, just like wrestling.

I've met him too, bigbang.When I was helping out with security detail when wrestling came here to the now defunt Hirsch Coliseum.

And, after speaking with the man at length in person, I would have to agree with your assessment about his being pretty focused on his family first and his career second. He seemed like a pretty decent sort from what I could gather from conversing with him.

Having said that...

If the allegations are true and he saw fit to murder his 7yr old son in cold blood ~ no matter the external provocation or as a result of whatever drugs he was on???

Yeah, just strange and all, but like I said, just never can tell about people. Sometimes they take those fake story lines into real life and is a shame, but I am still hoping that one day they say it wasnt him, but it seems like he is wearing that shoe that fits, so I agree with your assement about him being a POS! Still was an amazing wrestler that we probably will never see the likes of again. Guy was something else in that ring.
