i dont feel like reading through all of this, but you people saying that its dumb to give your kid a supra as his first car and that he didnt know how to handle he power....you do realize hes a professional drifter dont you?

So professional drifter = ok to drive like an idiot on the road with other people?

basically this it what it comes down to. Everyone hating on his driving skills are obviously jealous of his car and are trying to find someone to make them better than Nick.

I dont doubt his skill in drifting, he earned his card. Thats not something that can be bought, you earn that. Yeah he had his dads help for a better car, but anyone in his shoes would have done the same thing given that option.

Drifting is one thing, real world experience in getting yourself out of situations, that comes with time and even then it doesnt always work out. Yes, it was an accident, no one wants to get into one. IF he was racing though, thats irresponsible and lacks common sense. There is not jealousy in that.

...and again, drifting is on a closed (controlled) course were the chance of something poping out in your way is far less then on the streets. The street is the most unpredictable area to drive on. Hes not drifting on the streets, hes driving.

NHRA top fuel dragsters, NASCAR, Rolex Cup, Forumla D, SCCA......THEY ALLL WRECK. Michael Shumaker(sp) best driver ever has wrecked many a many a times. SHIT happens. I agree its not the safest thing to be driving so fast on the streets but in his defense this does not mean he was a shitty driver. No one on her knows how well he can or cant drive so your argument is obviously one out of jealousy. Instead of talking shit maybe you should have some sympathy for him.

you guys obviously dont realize how much "celebrity reality stars" make. seeing that their show is on the 3-4th season by now im sure nick can afford that car himself. so the argument that "daddy gave him too powerful of a car" is crap. if dad didnt buy it for him im sure he woulda went and bought it himself by now.

fact is brooke and nick will make more money off this show than their racing and singing careers.

im just saying people are saying he wrecked because daddy gave him too powerful of a car. thats just lame. he was a 17 year old hot dogging in his sweet car. no matter what car we all drove we all hot dogged it a time or two.

now if it was the hulkster that did it , yeah we could all sit here and say what a moron he should of known better.
