Hogan Supra no longer to be

Just because 700HP is on tap, doesn't mean it needs to be used on the streets. I highly doubt this wasn't caused by unnecessary speeds. Get your head out of your ***. No one is asking you to drive a kia. They are saying to drive sensibly on roads //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif If you drive sensibly, then 700HP won't get away from you.
It doesn't "just happen". This ****ing around on streets can kill people. If you know the car has this much power and can get away from you, why would you attempt testing the limits on the road? Your logic make no sense whatsoever.

I AGREE to a degree with you..if he was doing 120 in a 45 id agree with you completely but one one knows and if everyone drove the speed limit their would be no reason to have cops giving tickets and im sure youve gotten a sppeding ticket before, and you though you were going with teh flow of traffic. In Atlanta doing 75 on teh highway is common, ive had cops pass me and im doing 70, im not saying its right but he could have lost traction, he could have over misjudged a turn, anything... but what im saying that until the investigation is done know one can say he is was speeding liek a bat out of hell. ive seen more accedents cause my slow driving stupid drivers that make poor choices then speeders.

I said I understand spirited driving or going over to a degree. Carnage like that isn't from that. It is evident. A car like that won't "lose traction" doing 75MPH LMAO! Also the speed of travel has less to do with it then hot dogging(quick sudden lane changes, unnecessary accelerating within traffic , etc) Most of the time it wasn't the rate of speed but the action and mentality of the one driving at the time. I know everyone speeds. If they didn't local PDs would run out of money. As far as others or as you put it "slow drivers" making stupid choices, of course and that is ALL the more reason for you as a supposed "skilled" driver to be even safer. You never know what someone else might do.

It comes down to this.

you can't say he was driving with the flow of traffic after damage like that... i'm guessing at least a 100mph. and there is no where in the US that 100 is going with the flow of traffic.

basically this it what it comes down to. Everyone hating on his driving skills are obviously jealous of his car and are trying to find someone to make them better than Nick. NHRA top fuel dragsters, NASCAR, Rolex Cup, Forumla D, SCCA......THEY ALLL WRECK. Michael Shumaker(sp) best driver ever has wrecked many a many a times. SHIT happens. I agree its not the safest thing to be driving so fast on the streets but in his defense this does not mean he was a shitty driver. No one on her knows how well he can or cant drive so your argument is obviously one out of jealousy. Instead of talking shit maybe you should have some sympathy for him.

Do I want lots of money? Sure, that's why I'm going to college.

Am I actually jealous of him? No. My disdain for him is that at some point, a stupid mistake was made that could have hurt actual innocent people. If it was him going 100 mph at WOT with a 700 hp+ car down the highway, then I don't really feel all that bad for him. If it was simply his dad's fault for letting his son have a car that he was too inexperienced to know how to handle, then sure, it really does **** for the kid.

If this kid actually hit and killed someone else, everyone would be on my side calling this kid an idiot.

i dont feel like reading through all of this, but you people saying that its dumb to give your kid a supra as his first car and that he didnt know how to handle he power....you do realize hes a professional drifter dont you?

yeah, they all wreck at 100 plus on the STREETS and nearly kill themself along with a passenger? I don't think so. racers wreck on the track. Yeah, i'm jealous of his cars, but I have also seen him make a sad attempt at drifting. he isn't that great of a driver, and doing that on the street is ignorant. sounds just like another teenage driving mistake. i feel bad for both of them, but either way, I would say his driving skills are to blame.
