Hogan Supra no longer to be

Nice *** car.

so if you had a supra like that you wouldnt be speeding around?
No. I'd take it to a track. I had a GTO and I didn't ride around like a shithead wanting to kill everyone. Granted that thing has shit to more power and wipe my GTO, but mentality would still remain the same. Racing and go anything above moderate levels speed limit infractions, do NOT belong on roads where the rest of the field isn't skilled drivers of that nature.

im not saying im flying to clearwater right now to hold a candlelight vigil or anything im just saying coulda happened to anyone and to laugh about it is kinda insensitive.
your avatar pic looks like this chick i know. and i mean like down to the hair and everything lol
No...No it couldn't have. Because if I was going to drive my car like a dousche, I would have had the sensibility to drive it like a dousche on a race track. Further more, I starting to care even less for this little prickhead because he could have hurt somebody else. Maybe this will be what it takes to keep him from killing someone innocent some day.

Famous last words of a douche just convicted of vehicular manslaughter. I don't care how skilled you think you are. It doesn't belong on the roads where families are doing their business.
Most people get mature enough to realise you can only go so far on the street & the driving fast/racing phase (hopefully) gets left in the teens.

100% agreed, anything more then mild spirited driving (and even that requires common sense and experience) should be left at a track. Even if you can control your own car, you cant control others. You never know when someone is going to appear in front of you while you're going 70+ and you dont have time to even reach the brake pedal.

unless you have driven a car with that much power then you shouldnt comment. My barber has a 750hp single turbo supra and i drive a turbo h22 accord myself and ive driven his supra and trust me it can get away from you quicky, you can loose traction at highway speeds so skill doesnt have much to do with it with over 700 hp on tap. Its a freak accident and it could have heppen to him or somone who had been driving cars for 25 years. That kid is in the hospital and yall are like 'dumb kid" and shit like that really messed up. Shit happens to the best of us. If he had been in a kia doing 55 someone would have still said 'if i was driving that wouldnt have happen to me", but that sounds like's a bunch of shoulda coulda woulda. Until your in the situation and unless you were their dont judge. Everything is all speculation, Hope he gets well soon.

Just because 700HP is on tap, doesn't mean it needs to be used on the streets. I highly doubt this wasn't caused by unnecessary speeds. Get your head out of your ***. No one is asking you to drive a kia. They are saying to drive sensibly on roads //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif If you drive sensibly, then 700HP won't get away from you.
It doesn't "just happen". This ****ing around on streets can kill people. If you know the car has this much power and can get away from you, why would you attempt testing the limits on the road? Your logic make no sense whatsoever.

first thing I thought was for as much cash as his daddy has, you'd of thought he'd buy better rims
Those rims/tires im sure retail more than your Jeep //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif

I agree.

Any car that has over 400whp should be treated with as much respect as you would a motorcycle (meaning you dont got wide open on the throttle) a lot of kids dont understand that. A single turbo supra has a somewhat linear (and instant) powerband, so I can easily see it getting sideways at 100+ mph if you do something stupid.

The dumb kid thing comes from knowing hes 17 and is driving a car that im sure is in excess of 500+hp, no kid should have access to that type of power with less then 2yrs experience driving. Power is something you slowly work up as time goes on.

Im sure he can afford it, but well beyond what we're used to im sure.

An insurance company sees a 2dr car and under 25 as VERY high risk.
