Ho Amp Or 2nd Bat???

I have a 05 trailblazer and i think it has somewhere between a 130 -150 amp alt im going to be using 2 USamps with a total power output of 1350W and i read some calculation and according to that i need to upgrade something .. but i am not sure any suggestions ?? thanks

Hook up your setup and see how it does. If you feel it needs some help, do the big 3, and then go from there.

You should be just fine with what you have. I run ~ 1000w rms with a stock jeep electrical (130A alternator). If you have some dimming, then do the Big 3

go with the big 3 first, and if you still have some dimming, upgrade our battery. your alt should be fine on that much current

you dont need an alt right now, a good 2nd battery kinetic would be great. somethign like 1000 amps or so, the more the merrier for upgrades later on but for 1300 watts no need for an alternator over 130-150, do the big 3
