HO Alt needed

So I am looking for a place that can either re-wind my alt or sell me a HO alt for my car. Car is a 95 Ford Taurus GL with a 3.0 SHOC engine. AKA Vulcan. Looking for a place preferably local and cheap. Also looking for some where in the 150-200 amp range. Stock is 130. Anything else I should consider?
