they did the right thing to not move him as they could have caused more damage. he was moving so he wasn't dead(head movement).

another thing is if he was ignored. cops would have nevershown up. which they did just 1 minute later.

Actually the cop that showed up was doing his regular route and was just driving by if I recall correct from the news.

Thats ridiculous. Although the cop pulled up like 30 seconds after it happened so there wasnt a whole lot of time for them to do something. But the guy that walks by and looks at the man then keeps going needs to have his spleen ripped out

I would have called the cops and walked over and kept trying to talk to the old man but I would def not move him, you could end up being sued if he was hurt from it.
