if the mathematical equation that was used to prove something isnt accounting for the variables, then how can it be right in the first place?

It's only trying to account for certain aspects of the problem, and it still gives a rough idea. Something for others to follow.

but then how come we use math as "proof"? like in high school and shit we proved shit in math all the time.

I see what you're getting at as well, but math doesn't take everything into account. If the world were as simple as mathematical or theoretical models, then they would always work in the real world. The problem is the world is infinitely complex, and we can never trace and understand and predict every single of the infinite variables, so we can never 100% accurately predict an outcome in the real world, whereas we can eliminate some of those infinite variables untill we have few enough that they are manageable, and use the major factors to predict outcomes and often come pretty incredibly close

well in a sense, when applying math to solve equations in high school, there are real formulas and criteria you can account for. so it works there.

Algebraic proofs are considered truths. I can't think of many things in high school you would have covered on this subject of math =/= reality.
