Hmm.....amp decision question

I am in the process of selling my current sub/amp/box setup and going more SQ this time. I have decided on the Phoenix RSd 12" sub in a 1.8^3 sealed enclosure. Now time for the amp, originally i was going to get the bigger brother of the m450, the MRP-M650. But recently ive been thinking if i should get something with possible upgrade room, maybe the Hifonics BXi 1206D. That way if i ever got another sub i could run them at 1ohm, or any sub that would do 1ohm. I believe the RSd can take 700-900rms through what ive read. So would the Hifonics be a better decision, its only like ~$30 more.

Your gonna be very happy with that sub. I know I am. If you need a good place to buy your sub, I got mine at bsless.com. They are out of NY and always ship sameday. Very reputable.

the 1206 is a good amp. It is a tad overrated but not to bad. Had one in a friends car powering 2 mtx 12's for a while amp rand fine the whole time. It was ran at 1 ohm the whole time.

Assuming i get the 1206D, i will also be running some small 2 channel amp for my speakers, would my electrical with just upgraded grounds be sufficient enough?

*EDIT* Oh yea car is a 96 plymouth neon
