hissing sound because of jl cleansweep...help

I had the shop installed jl cleansweep, and it has a hissing sound coming from the speakers. It is not that loud, for example if i have the volume turned up to 8 out of 40 i dont hear it anymore. What is this hissing sound?

Ohh yeah the shop, suggested me to get rid of the jl cleansweep and just install a high-low converter which is a lot cheaper and does the job....is this a good route??

oh yeah, im using the stock knob volume .....i thought if u use the jl cleansweep you have to use their volume knob??

if you can take the jl back and get the rockford fosgate 3sixty.1, supposed to be much better.

what is that, can you break it down to me, is it normal?

and boo on teh rockford pice. look in to the alpine pice if you deside to swap out.
