high spl subs

I want subs that can get stupid high spl for the same wattage as any other run-of-the-mill subwoofer.
sensitivity rating doesn't matter right? That's where I was going to look first but then I remembered some posts here about that....

I know box design matters but let's leave that out for now and just talk about subwoofer possibilities.

What determines woofer spl capability besdes cone area? Doesn't motor size play a big role? what else?

I wish it was as simple as "get the sub with the biggest magnet."
You cant leave out box design... We need to know space and amount of power? Your not going to get the best sub for 150 especially not one thats an SPL monster

Id save up a little more and get and xfl 15, or look around the classifieds and see if you can find somethign there
