high spl subs

What are some under $150 15" subs you can get that are built for ridiculously high spl. Preferably in dual vc 4ohms each coil.

I want subs that can get stupid high spl for the same wattage as any other run-of-the-mill subwoofer.

sensitivity rating doesn't matter right? That's where I was going to look first but then I remembered some posts here about that....

I know box design matters but let's leave that out for now and just talk about subwoofer possibilities.

What determines woofer spl capability besdes cone area? Doesn't motor size play a big role? what else?

I wish it was as simple as "get the sub with the biggest magnet."
