Im 17 and im a senior at my school, and i was just wondering if anyone else in highschool has people think they know what they are talking about but everything they say is liek lies and made up shit?

Like im talking for car stereoes and shit i have been into since i was about 12 and far as knowledge i know a lot about subwoofers, amps, speakers, wiring, pretty much everything. My hands on experience lacks but i know a lot for not working in the industry at all.

But some people just frustrate me because they are yeah i got this 1200watt sony xplod amp. and it has like 8ga wire hooked up to it with like 16ga speaker wire and they think it puts out 1200+ watts......

let me know guys, cuz that shit is annoying.

i remember when i was driving to school and a guy in the parkling was holding this sub in mid air showing it off

im 17 also. and this kid with an Audi a4 says his 3 12" w3's runnin off a 500/1 will be deeper than my "POS sub"he said (i have an SX 15 powered by a nine 1) . so one day he parked right next to my car. i said let me hear yours. he let me listen to ti -what you know about that. it sounded ok in the car but when i went to go see the subs in trunk while playing , they were distorted bad,sounded like a crying baby.

then i played mine(same song) it blew him away. he looked at me and walked away.

i said to myself PWND!
