High Powered 10s (2000w+)?

I'm thnking about trying to find (2) high powered 10s that will take the power of a AB500.1 @ 1 ohm or .5 ohm daily.

Right now my system is stupid loud (in sig), and although i like cranking it all the way up once in a while, i don't know if i can justify being w/o my whole trunk area, so i was thinking i might try about a pair of 10s.

The first couple 10s that come to mind are:

HDCs (seems a lot of people are sending ~ 2500 to the 15s, will the 10s be able to handle that much too?)

nightshades (i think someone one here had a custom 10 made for them?)

I know i love the sound of my SDCs, so i'm kinda leaning towards the HDCs (+ there cheaper), but anyone else have any other sub suggestions?

I have 2 SX 10s

I had them on a 40.1 @ 1ohm and my friend had 4 SX 10s on 2 40.1s @ .35, 156.6

I did a 47 legal with mine @ 44hz

Id do the HDC3 10s or the 9510s also. Im actually considering a pair of either of these also and would like to know everyones opinions.

when are you getting them? How much power are you planning on sending them?

I'll just be getting one and powering it with a Sundown 1500d in 1.5 cubes at 36-38 and Rusty said it would work well with that power and enclosure size/tuning. I'm sure it can handle much more power, but I don't have it.

I'm getting it when my pair of JL 1000/1's, Fi BL 10'', and 12'' Sundown Nightshade sell.
