high pitched hum

I just got a new system installled (HU, 5.35" Components, Amp, Sub). When I turn the HU off or turn the volume all the way down, I can hear a high pitched hum coming the area of my right door tweeter (MB Quart). The hum goes in unison with the accelerator. This hum does not happen if I am not accelerating or idling. Any ideas?

Alternator whine, re-do all the system grounds. If that doesn't help, then the underhood grounds need to be cleaned, examined and, if needed, replaced.
