High Output 12"

[hcivic91 10+ year member]

I currently have a 15" HD3 in a box ported to ~30hz getting about 2k watts. This thing really shines on the lows but I've got no trunk space left. I would like to downsize to a 12" while keeping similar performance but wonder what driver would be the best fit. I realize I'll be giving up some performance and plan to tune the box a little higher.
