while saying 12-16sq inches of port per cf is a good rule of thumb its not the final word.

in my opinion, if the sub can push the air, let it push the air. so if the 10 will be chocked up with a 4" aero port then dont do it.

i´ll guess i go with 6" then.. but the problem is that it will be so long, so i cant have it firing back when it will be 26 inches, and i want it external for high dbz =/

Indeed. Vent area is based on the driver's displacement abilities. Sd and Xmax are the factors that should be considered.
