Hifonics ZXI 6006??

Any info on these amps, good or bad?? A friend is in need of a cheap amp that will power a pair of 4 ohm DVC subs, 250 watts rms each. I have been searching the for sale ads and have not ran across anything yet, so I am looking for something under $150 that will power those subs. Will this amp be sufficient? Thanks.
