Are these anything respectable? Or are they just an entry level budget sub? Are they a big upgrade from the HIfIs or not really? Thanks

My cousin has a pair of these in his box chevy are they DVC? The ones he has are DVC they are pretty tough bang for the buck.

the old ones were awesome, I always liked their atlas subs as well.
