Yeah i know. people are always hatin on hifonics amps. but i personally think they're good solid budget amp for people that cant afford sundown amps and what not. i just wanted to know if its really true that the 08' line of amps put out more power.

I doubt that they put out more...

... But they do put out rated power ( just gotta have the juice behind it )

With meters and math my 2006D was doing 1,984 watts @ 14.4

So I believe so.

didn't the fuse rating for the 08 model go down? or was that a different year?

im running that amp at 2 ohms powering 2 boston g2 12s..soon to be four... and when i push it i can drop the voltage to 12.5 volts....

stock alt and a yellow top

but my stock alt is so so weak

id say with a 200 amp and a yellow you should b straight pushing it
