I don't think it puts out a true 2000... Probably 1600-1800, Just my guess though. Still a great amp for the money. Very reliable. Stable.

it will put out around 1700-1800 watts. and yes it will power 2 l5's

These amps are really effecient, but yeah I'd get more power for a BTL.
