need help in wiring a single sub, which + and - terminals should i connect it to?

on the hifonics bxi 2010 series manual

neg1 neg2 pos1 pos2

it says to connect to neg2 and pos2

Doesn't matter which terminal you connect it to long as you put the negative in the negative and the positive in the positive.
