OK, I got the Apline R in and been using it with the 2 Lanzar amps. Man is it loud. I really got to turn it down. and the amps are not even half way up. I am not really happy with the actual sound from the amp but i'm making another box. I think I went to big. Even though specs say I can us 1.7 but I'm going to try a seal and another ported at about 1.2 just to hear the difference. But as far as loud it there. Also it does have BASS!
One other thing. I must of played it at low levels for about 2 weeks and just started to really turn it up. I started to get a burning spell from the Sub. But only when turned up. I have my Gain turned down cuz I really dont need it. Also, I asked a guy at a stereo shop and said its prob ok, its just breaking in. Any ideas on how to ck it. It still stounds good. No sidtortion & does not sound blown. Any ideas.
