hifonics bx2000d or soundstream pca2000d?

my question is i want a good 2000 watt rms amp to run a 1 ohm,i was looking at hifonics and soundstream,ive been doing this for about 15 years and i dont know which is better anymore,they change so much.at this moment i have a autotek 1200 sx doin 1200 watts rms at 1 ohm,but want more,trying to break my old spl 151.7,im running 3 matrxx audio 12's in a sealed enclosure,in a 98 ford explorer,i already upgraded my alternater to a 200 amp,got a extra battery(stinger spv44) and a 400 batcap.just hoping to get some good input between these 2 amps.thanx

If you've been at this for 15 years, you'd think you'd know to try messing with the box before just simply throwing more power at the subs.You can only get so far with sealed........

i know for a fact that sealed enclosures have a more accurate and tighter bass,and u can run more power to a sealed enclosure,and my woofers will take wat im asking about,but my woofers are designed for a sealed enclosure,so i probly know more than u think.

I had a vga800.5 1600w @ 2 ohm 5 channel.

It was a great amp, very efficient, also.

Got rid of it because the a/b channels were each only 50rms @ 4ohm, and i needed a bit more juice.

If you're that serious about SPL you would not care about accurate and tight bass, and build a seperate SPL box.

You know a sealed box is more accurate and tighter......omg you have to be the smartest person on ca.com
