Hifonics brz2100.1d vs. Planet audio BB2400.1

I like the BRZ line seem to be strong. Im still up in the air on this BB2400 its cheap as hell and seems to do over 2k. I keep reading reviews that people keep popping subs with them. WHY? Is it cus there not running good enough electrical or they getting gain happy, I used to know a guy that the 2200series of planet audio dont remember exact model they just said 1700rms at 1ohm on the back. He had problems with them until he started feeding 7volts for input voltage to them and they never had a hiccup after that. So back to the BB2400s are they dirty power no matter what you do, or do you just need an alt batts and cable and a descent input voltage to be clean someone help me out?
