Hifonics Brutus BX1000D

Is a Hifonics Brutus BX1000D a current hog. I am looking very seriously at this amp but just wondering if it's power hungry. I realize its a class D amp, so it should be efficient. What are your experiences? I have a 100 amp alternator with the big 3 already in place. Do you think this will work out ok?

I think that you will be alright with that amp and alt. If it were the bx1800 or larger then you would have a problem. I'm sure that you will have some dimming but that goes with the territory.
