Sometimes they go all the way up. And turn your low pass filter to around 80.

yeah the hifonics gain knobs are like a nympho's cunt. input sensitivity is ****, need to set it really high to even get any response.

There... Finally figured out how to use imgur. It will show the pics now. I think I have the lpf around 80 roughly but my input isn't all the way. I was told I'd be clipping the **** out of the sub's if I had gain all the way but it does make them plenty loud. What's the best way to tell if they are clipping or whatever other terms there are for damaging the sub's

But I am tempted to get a different amp for this and put this one on my other setup @4ohms because my other setup is a tuned box for the sub but it's one sub with probably only 300 RMS but at 4 ohms...hey whatever lol

I've had small Kenwood and alpine amps and I've usually been impressed by how they sound but would a better amp be worth it or an I just f&%$ed because of my box? I am possibly thinking about building a custom fit ported box once we get warmer days here in upper MN. And I think that sealed box ain't helping my voyage for a better range of booms. Know what I mean? I listen to all sorts of ****. Anything but polka

Ya my guess is your box ***** lol. I've never been a fan of small sealed boxes. If I had a truck id run 4 8" woofers facing forward port to the side.

Well i guess my only options are to get 1 separate ported boxes for each side and have my rear seat folded up? 2 boxes that are 1.75cu ft and 34hz for each sub right? Or would one large dual 12" box be better? I don't want to try and sell these subs and sealed box. Then have to buy or make another box because i haven't used these very much yet and won't get much MULA back for them. They do sound much much better now thanks to all your suggestions! Thank you! I would love to have 2 good 10s forward firing but don't wan't to spend another 4-500 on subs and box. I know, I'm probably being a frugal bastard in the sense of quality spl stuff.
