Hifonics Amps

FSD 2600 for 332$Brutus elite 2500.1 for 375$

for cheaper than hifonics, you can get an amp that easily does 100 watts more than rated certified dyno numbers and 3k with uncertified and 3.6k with dynamic. You still gonna defend hifonics crap after that? Price to performance, ratio is SH*T with hifonics unless you get for dirt cheap used but you can get proper korean board amps used as well.

compared to that brutus elite that barely passed by the inch of its skin with dynamic numbers and flubbed the other two numbers on steve meade's test which one do you really think is good for the money?

Obviously yeah, get an FSD if there are any left.

FSD changed to Audio Legion and increased prices, because they know people will pay more money than that for solid power.

I would still defend the older Brutus amps. They made the same power as Soundqubed's boner 2200's and cost less.

Are they the best budget amp? No. I wouldn't buy one new at retail price. If there was a cheap used one, I would still trust it to perform.

2700 at 14v considering my vehicles are running 14.6-14.8 on the norm yea fukkk hifonics amps unless you like throwing money away

Many people on caco report that there's a low frequency cutoff with the hifonics amps like below 28hz. I've experienced it myself as well, a simple switch over to a korean board and the low lows came out in full force, before with the hifonics, it was like several db of attenuation.

Look at the guts bro there different... For one the 2600 does more certified... When my 1.8kw gets taken to 15+ volts it goes into beast mode

That's the exact same picture. Look at the glue
yet they're off each manufacturers website individually

edit; i was wrong, but for some reason theres a site that shows the wrong internals then and i cant find it

Yep, at the amplifiers. I get the same 14.7 volt reading when they cutoff too.

Yes, they are painted. The cover is very easy to take off and repaint to whatever color of choice to match the install.

Additinally, no need to reference "max" anything as those specs are useless. Most of know how to look at specs for a given speaker, amp, HU, etc...
