Hifonics amp?

I'm looking for the best amp for under $200. I need a 4-channel with 50w rms @ 4 ohms going to each channel. I've heard good things about Hifonics and was looking at either the hifonics nx440 or the Phoenix Gold Ocatne-r 5.0.4, both put out 50w at 4 ohms which i need. What would be a better buy, or should i look elsewhere?

the zapco i-450 is still above either of those two amps.

IMo the zapco isnt going to sound much different then the pg with a good set of speakers, if any different. Just get the one you can get the best price on.
