hey, i'm finally starting my system. I'm not trying to get the best of the best, just have some bump to my system. I just bought a Kenwood Excelon x692 HU, and now i need to pick up some speakers. I'll probaly upgrade my speakers in the future, but for right now, im thinking about getting some pg rsd 6.5 comps. Im getting a hifonics amp for my alpine type r subs (2 12"), and i want to keep the same brand amp (hifonics) for my speakers. so my question is, what kind of hifonics amp would be best to power the rsd's? also, will these speakers blow easily? i don't blast my music that loud, but my stock speakers blew, i'm guessing if i get an amp for them, they wont. thanks.

If you had tried searching, you could have found about 100000000000 threads suggesting sending 100-150w to the RSD's. Choose whatever amp is appropriate. How much spoonfeeding do you really need?

lol, you're a d*ck.

the RSD's will take a bit more power than rated, but dont push em too hard

if you're just going to power the RSD's (one set of speakers):

if you're looking to power a frontstage and a rearstage:
