i guess you can say that hifi may have their short falls, selling refurbs ect and being a large company, but all and all there not that bad to deal with but you are at risk of going thru hell from time to time, no diff than dealing with our internet alternator makers

WOW! this is an email I got from them;

Hello,

Sub woofer boxes do not grow on trees and are not picked from the ground.

They are made from a material called wood which comes from trees. The boxes

are in fact assembled on "as needed" basis at Audioenhancers. It is not

possible to cancel the order at this point and it will ship next Monday or

Tuesday.

They refused to take the stuff back without me paying shipping and restocking.

I called my cc company did a chargeback.

kept everything. told them to sue me.

I'd have to read over the customer agreements on the site for tracking information etc.

if they say in the agreement you are guaranteed this and that then you have grounds to cancel your order.

but if they say no time guarantee than yer ****ed..

update: I called my bank filed a charge back, i took the emails to the bank ( since its local) and the lady im working with agrees that they were rude and i have every right to want to cancel. She told me to make sure that my paypal account isnt linked to my credit card just incase they try to charge me again for it, so i did that.. I sent them several emails requesting a return label. They never budged and told me to get over the comments.
