I bought a box off them 7 days ago, no tracking number no nothing here we are on friday. I email them and they tell me that "they have to build the box". It's a prefab box why would they have to build it. So I respond and say just cancel the order, and haven't heard anything all day. Just filed dispute with paypal.

First time I ever had to do this.

I buy from them alot and i only have nothing but good things to say about them. I ordered a battery from them and I recieved it cracked i emailed them, they sent me a new one. I recieved the new one, again cracked. I emailed them and they sent me another new one. If that isn't a good seller I don't know who is. In fact i just got a package in the mail from them today. Two day shipping thats fast.

yea rite they have terrible customer service.they **** i bought 2 12 l7 and they charge me for 4 i tried to contact them and they said that i did 4 and i would have to pay a restockin fee.terrible will never buy from them again

i orderd from them not long ago on a kicker 850.4 , they dindnt send tracking or anything but the amp arrived and ups left it on the step of my place and it got stole but after about 3 weeks hifi sent me another one real fast so i have nothing bad to say about them other than they insure a product but dont require a signature for it which is shitty imo
