I'm working with very minimal funds and looking for bass.I looked at easy bazookas (Pyle 12" 800watt) and read nothing but bad about them.So i thought of Kicker sealed enclosed 6x9's powered by a Kicker 200watt amp,4ohm (speakers). In your opinion what do you think would be more bassier in my car the 6x9's enclosed boxes on the back deck or a bazooka amplified 12" in the trunk? Thanks.

6x9's in those small sealed enclosures on the rear parcel shelf will give terrible bass output and performance. IN fact, those overly small enclosures will lessen the already anemic bass response of the 6x9's. You would get plenty of midrange and higher from them, but the bass will be lacking, to say the least. And subbass from them? Forget about it.

As disturbed asked, if you give us more information, such as your budget, vehicle, desired level of modifying your vehicle and/or installing the new speaker(s), we can probably give you some much better options that fit your needs.

Well very cheap budget like $200 just need the bass.97 cougar is my car.I know that's almost impossible to find super performance for 200 but i know i can get something that will give it some attitude.

You'll have to dig around some, but you can put together some very decent bass for $200. Scour CL for something decent or try to catch someone on here moving something they just want to get rid of.

A single 10 or 12 and a 500w+ amp can be had for $200. You just have to know what to look for. That, of course, doesn't include wiring or the enclosure.

You can throw together a pretty decent sub and amp combo for $200. But that doesnt include box and wires etc. I'd suggest you not jump into it and blow all the money on crappy equipment. Instead be patient and look for deals on here and CL. Meanwhile, save all the cash you can. Even if you have to buy one item at a time, it will pay off in the long run by having better equipment that will last and be worth your money.

Apsm-1300 amp for sure only $110 and 1000 wrms at 1 ohm. You could wire it to 2 ohms (600 wrms) and get a 10" Orion Xtr pro d4 for $120. Or you could get a regular Xtr 12 d2 for $80 and wire at 4 ohms (300 wrms) that way you'd be under budget at only $190 for amp and sub. Later on if you want better subs you could use that amp at a lower ohm load. Whichever route you go make the box yourself and get 4 guage wiring or bigger. If you really cannot make a box get a sealed prefab but make sure it's the right size in cubic ft for your driver and re seal it. Realize that a well designed ported box will be louder but if you won't spend the money or time on a custom box get a sealed prefab. It will sound great either way compared to what you suggested in the first place.
