well i have been waiting for a few weeks now for my 12" elevation execution to come from dhl. And i knew today was the day it would be here. i get home and see its waiting by my front door.. everything looked fine. i opened it up and see that its in the crate.. fine i thought. take it out and then i notice a little red piece broken off from the basket. i look underneath and the whole ****ing basket has come unattached. it was insured so what do i do now im gonna contact the shipper

I AM SO FUICKING PISSED I WAITED FOREVER FOR THIS TO COME

if its like UPS they will give you what ever the shipper said the sub was worth plus they will refund you for the packaging cost too (if they packed it)

That packagin looks kinda shitty. A sub should never be screwed to a baffle for shipment either.

apparently it was.. there is a sticker that says screw. also has screws in it to hold it down as can kinda make out in one picture and screw holes in the baffle so im guessing it was. and the **** sub broke it when the homosexual driver dropped it
