transmission is bad....thats why it staying in 1st or 2nd....plus the fact it was drivin around for 2 years with the check engine light on could have helped the engine deteiorate...

how old is the car? 50k on a set of plugs seems like a LOT imo. but i just looked them up and those can last up to 60k depending.

but thats off topic...

9 years old, plugs were replaced in June 2007.

Bought the car with 70k on it, and I'm assuming it's the original timing belt, and the car currently has 110k on it...

the transmission is good...we took it for some repairs they fixed everything and we been told that the computer its the one causing all this ****en problems...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif...and the check engine light never turned off....we even tried turning it off with the computer and nothing it always came on...we erased all the problems it had but a week later it came on again...
