I'd be willing to bet that all the THC is gone from the subs, so setting them on fire with 3 to 4 times their recommended RMS power wouldn't get anyone high.

Research concluded from this topic when it was new, 3 or 4 years ago, stated the 'hemp' utilized in making these speaker cones was banana hemp. Marketing gimmick, nothing more.

edit: At least they removed the pot leaf from the cone's emblem, which was a direct falsification of what they were trying to promote.
