I'll ask - but hes just gonna say, "nah i think this will work - but def gonna try, when i asked what he had purchased after he told me his mom took him to get **** - i asked why on the subs - i didnt really have too much of a problem with the amp - kenwood amps are solid - but i never liked the insignia subs - maybe i havnt had experience with the right ones?

another problem is the closest audio shop is pretty far away from here - and he cant order from online - so unless we drive for a while we are limitied to - at the best? memphis probably - or alpine type r's - pioneers...idk nothing really worth bragging - but actually, at best buy - the sony xplod octagon shaped 12" subs - thats what i should tell him to get - they are cheap and for what they are they really arent bad - i mean i wouldnt want them in my ride - but he wont know lol

and i think they sound better than insignia

id tell him to quit whining..go online..buy something new or used..and be 1000x happier than that
