i used to work at BBY, the reason the employees are so stupid is because the company has them take these "e-learning" things that they figure will teach them everything they need to know about the products they sell. Aside from me being a car audio enthusiast, and one of my friends being a computer builder that worked in the computer section, there was no one else that knew shit about their departments.
