Okay so im about to buy 2 10" Rockford P3 subs, i have an aftermarket head unit and was wondering what amp i should get. or what other kind of subs do yall recommend?

also if it makes a difference i have a Nissan Xterra and id like to be able to fill the car with sound. good sound that it!

That's a little bit more power than what's absolutely necessary, but a little headroom is a good thing.

If you're buying the subs in a prefab box, as it seems you are, they'll most likely have to be removed and wired to 1 ohm...

The DC subs are really nice and their customer service is excellent. They also offer custom colored dustcaps if you'd be interested in that type of thing.

Those are dustcaps, bro. They're in the center of the cone. DC offers custom painted dustcaps. You could get ***** painted on them if you want... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Dust cap is the round bubble in the middle, the rockfords you want dont have them.

That sub has a dust cap.

You could also get a couple MB Quarts. They sound pretty good and are loud at the same time.
