Ok i bought two 12 cvr kickers from someone locally and i re sold them to someone.. he said one of the subs has a bad voice coil.. he said he tookit to a shop and they said so.. i told him i wasnt giving his money back cause he could have done something.. now he types some letter up and i get it in the mail.. says i have till nov. 11 to pay him back or he is taking legal action.. he said he has a written lette from them that it wasnt working when he brought it in.. can he really take me to court for this?

yes he can take u to court for it. Can he win? Depends on how much you spend on a lawyer. Make sure u get a good lawyer to counter sue when you when for lawyers fees ect. i want to know for sure what to do... all he did was come to my house.. use my computer to send me money to... picked them up and left..

now he says he is going to give me until nov 11 to send the money to his address... or he will take legal action. like court or w.e he said.

he typed this all up and sent me it through email.

he should have written a receipt of sale, as far as i know he cant do shit if he wants to play that just say he stole them from u

it costs around $150 in most states for someone to even file a small claims suit and the subs are barely worth that to start with.

additionally, you're a douchebag for not testing equipment before selling it.
