i have two 10 inch kick cvr in sperate truck boxes with sub both 2 ohm

how would i hook them up to run a 2ohm load on the amp

wire them to 4 ohm each so the amp see's a 2 ohm load

If they are SVC 2ohm you can only run them in 4 ohms or 1 ohm.

what kind of amp you have? If its a two channel amp run each one to each channel. If its a mono amp then you have to run then in series to 4 ohms.. Unless your amp can handle 1 ohm then run them in parallel.
