i have 2 kenwood kfc-w2511's, 4 ohms each and i want to know what amp i will need to run 400 watts to each sub? i dont prefer just a 2 channel, i would like to know 2 monos or a 2 channel. i am willing to spend up to 400$ for amp(s)

any amplifier that has an output of 800wrms at whatever load you will be putting on the amplifier. hundreds of choices. Go to one of the shopping sites and look around, make a list and ask us about specific models.

jl has an amp that puts out like 750 or something like that.

Wiring the subs in parallel will give you a 2 Ohm load. So you'll want around 800×1 @ 2 Ohms

A Kicker ZX750.1 would be a nice choice. Or a Hifonics BXi1208 would do the trick if your on a budget. When it comes to amps, if it looks to good to be true...it usually is.
