wiring and terminals can be found at most department, home improvement, and automotive stores. substitute carpet, try a fabric store...even walmart sells some heavy shag (1/2" - 3/4") fabric.

wally world has "auto" carpet in gray or black.

Speaker terminals: just use some long bolt/nuts/washers through the box. I normally use 5/16" stuff...
