Hey Guys I have a problem

I got a newer HP Ipaq, and I have everything but the USB cable

Its the one that is like a small computer, It has Windows, Outlook, Windows media player, word, wireless internet, all the good stuff, my problem is, I cant get any music or anything on it, Is there anyways i can get around this? Ive been to soundclick but thats a limeted selection and I'd rather have my playlists.....
