Help with wireless headphones

Just bought a conversion van and had to buy new headsets as there was only one in it and it was broken. The new ones came and work great with the TV, but switch to "B" the back stereo (headphone only) won't work.

The headphones are WHPIR02 2 Channel IR Wireless. Pretty sure these came with the Van and I am pretty sure the rear player is stock. The player lights up and all controls are working fine.

Any ideas anyone?
