Help with US Amp USA2000...

I have an older US Amp USA2000 amplifier with a burnt resistor. A couple years ago I know that you could send them off somewhere for 200 bucks and they would fix whatever is wrong with it. Well I never got around to it. Now I want to fix it. Is there a place I can send it? Also I need a plug for it...I lost it during a move. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
