Help with the radio

My radio in the Bronc is stock and the digits and lights on it are very dim and not readable, also it hardly even picks up stations. And if you can catch one it only stays around for a bit.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif

Could this be due to a lack of power? Because also a lot of the gauges in the dash don't work.
