Help With T1's Need A Good Amp

I have 2 RF T1 12D4's and i currently have a Kicker Zx1000.1 amp and it is currently cutting off when I turn the volume past half the volume and i dont have any of the knobs past half

2 Dual 4 ohm subs will give the amp either a 1 or 4 ohm load.

If you have it wired to 1ohm, that amp is NOT 1ohm stable, if you have them wired to 4ohms, you wont be getting all 1000w to your subs.

The problem is, is that the amp only puts out its 1000w @ 2 ohms.

You can ONLY get a 2ohm load if you have 2 dual 2 ohm subs.

So you either need to get a set of dual 2 ohm subs, or get an amp thats 1ohm stable.

You could get a Rockford t10001bd for cheap on ebay, they do about 1000w @ 1 ohm.

yeah thats what i had but some one stole it out of my car two months ago

but i think i might buy a crunch gp3000 and get some Fi Bl 18's in a couple of months

Get a AQ 2200 or 1200 for now it does 1200+ at 1 ohm.
