Help with some PHP/MySQL stuff

It used cPanel.

But, like I said... I don't know the IP or even the company it was hosted with.

Send me the domain and I will find the info for you, all you need to do is go to http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel and do a backup from the control panel, go find a new host and upload your backup to your new account and restore it and you will be good to go.

I know how to get to cPanel, but I don't know the old IP. I can't think of any way to get it.

Try pinging the old nameserver and see what it is..

Usually hosts will work with IPs in order first the main server shared IP then two nameserver IPs

ie:

Main server IP 192.168.1.101

Nameserver 1 192.168.1.102

Nameserver 2 192.168.1.103

No. The only thing I have are the files. Not the DB's

Your not running MySQL Server on the new server. Download MySQL Server 5.0 and install it. Make sure your database files are in the correct place (usually /var/lib/mysql/) and try it again.
